 Tahini pie

• 1 / 2 kg of flour farin
• 1 and 1 / 2 teaspoon soda
• 1 cup: blonde raisins, black raisins, walnuts, water, tahini, sugar, orange juice
• 1 / 2 teaspoon cloves
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 / 2 cup orange marmalade

Mix flour, raisins, nuts and soda.
Put in blender tahini, spices, orange juice, water and sugar.
Mix the two mixtures and add in oiled pan.
Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes.

 Tahini soup

• 5 fresh onions
• 3 small carrots
• 3 potatoes
• 100gr parsley
• Salt, pepper
• 1 cup Tahini Argoudelis
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 celeriac

Wash and mince the vegetables. Boil them with 1 cup water, until fennel and after you put salt and pepper, add 4-5 cups of lukewarm water and boil at moderate temperature. When you boil all the vegetables, add parsley. Dilute slowly the tahini and olive oil with a cup of lukewarm water and add to the vegetables after removing from the fire.
Finally boil at low heat for 5 minutes and serve.
